This place is in a restaurant on the way from Shivanasamudra to Bangalore. It has several small birds and rabbits caged there.

I could feel by looking at these birds that they are somehow not contended with the way they are kept. The birds could either be seen gloomy or struggling to free themselves by constantly biting on the cage wires in vain.

I have owned rabbits as pets in the past and am quite familiar with the playfulness of rabbits when they are “happy” in a place or situation but here it didn’t seem so.

It engages customers in the restaurant to stand by the cages and admire these innocent beings however they are being wronged and must be let free to enjoy their lives in the wild.

I agree they are fed well, given clean water to drink however wildlife is best kept free in the open. I mean, they are not display items to be used to beautify one’s property.
